Virtual Assitant

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate

What You'll Do:
As a Virtual Assistant at Master Agents, you’ll be responsible for supporting heavy equipment repair shops with a range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Managing work orders and scheduling

  • Updating and maintaining parts inventory systems

  • Handling emails and customer communication

  • Using platforms like Masterboard, QuickBooks, CRM tools, and other B2B software

  • Assisting with dispatch coordination and team organization

Requirements

✔ Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Comfortable working with platforms like QuickBooks, CRMs, or service management tools (training provided)
✔ High attention to detail and ability to multitask
✔ Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
✔ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
